Sited atop an oceanside cliff in Vancouver’s Stanley Park, this band shell can hold a 200 member audience with a band playing at the front. The majority of the structure is composed of bamboo save for the stepped concrete floor which provides audience seating and a canvas sail stretched over the superstructure to protect from Vancouver’s near-constant rain.
