Designed for use in the southern Tarija region of Bolivia, this design is simple enough to be built by the residents themselves and then used for themselves or rented to tourists who come to the area for fishing and camping. The joints are made of a type of hinge that is cheap and readily available in the region and the walls include a “sandwich” of wire mesh, straw, and rain protective covering.
