This group of designers wanted to build a structure that would be maintained by the local populace and part of sustainable living, so they chose to design a structure that would house a natural wind power generating device. The structure is made of bamboo, with bamboo roof shingles, and shutters that can open and close, depending on how much wind needs to be allowed to pass through the turbine inside.
