This building was designed in collaboration with the people of Venilale in East Timor, and provides a venue for citizens to hold meetings, stage ceremonies, attend workshops and share ideas. Adjustable outdoor bamboo screens allow people to make easy adjustments according to wind and light levels according to the season, the weather, and their preferences.
